musty smell bathroom grime
the location proves adequate for accessing various points of interest. it provides sufficient convenience.
the cleanliness in the bathroom require some improvement. i observed some grime around the sink, the grout requires attention, and there was a slight musty smell. it requires a deeper cleaning to meet acceptable standards.

charming stay
fresh breakfast quiet area historical sites
i found the breakfast fresh with good coffee brought right to the table i enjoyed the quiet area and the proximity to historical sites it was easy to explore the city centre on foot i appreciated the building's architecture it added to the experience
the lack of air conditioning was noticeable during the summer heat a ceiling plank was wobbly and raised a safety concern i informed the staff about it the next morning

good variety tasty breakfast good location nice staff unclear instruction heavy luggage unwelcoming manner
the breakfast had good variety. i found the location to be quite good. the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful.
the receptionist was not particularly cute. i had to carry heavy luggage alone and no one offered assistance. instructions to find my room were unclear.

Excellent Central Stay
helpful staff good location
The location is very good, close to main attractions. The staff was helpful with luggage storage, both upon arrival and after checkout. The breakfast included a nice variety of options that I thought were fresh.
The check-in process was not very clear. Instructions for finding my room felt unclear. After exiting the elevator, I had to navigate stairs and doors to locate my room.

unstable ceiling unavailable double bed
The location proved convenient for accessing the neubau and innere city areas. The included breakfast was acceptable
The hotel confirmed payment but later stated a double bed was unavailable the ceiling in my room number 109 looked unstable. Large planks seemed to hang precariously over the bed and felt unsafe i reported this to the staff the next morning

Excellent Stay in Quiet Location
comfortable bed spacious room quiet location
The opening windows offered a nice street view and allowed for fresh airflow. I found the location quiet, and it felt safe within a residential area. The room provided ample space complete with sitting chairs. I found the bed comfortable.
The receptionist was not immediately available upon my arrival it was a very minor issue.

dated furniture basic decor
The room seemed a bit old, and the plug beside the bed was hard to reach. It was hidden behind a small table. i had to move the table just to plug in my phone, that was a bit annoying. also, the furniture felt a bit dated, and the decor was very basic. I was hoping for something more modern. the furniture needs replacement, hidden socket
